As a midwife and mum I found the world of baby sleep completely consuming and overwhelming even with the base knowledge I have as a health professional that works with newborns!

Everywhere I looked ‘baby sleep experts’ were shouting from the rooftops that their way was the only ‘right’ way and if I didn’t follow their advice my baby would either never sleep through the night, or if I let them cry, I was causing them damage. Cue major paralysis, guilt and anxiety. Three feelings I was not wanting or expecting to feel with my little precious bundle of newborn joy!

I did a deep dive into the world of baby sleep and have trained as both a traditional sleep consultant and a holistic sleep coach. Along with my knowledge as a midwife and expertise around breast and bottle feeding, I am confident that I can help you with your newborn’s sleep in this fourth trimester time as well as laying a great foundation for healthy sleep habits going forward.
